At spotin, we strive to be fair to both customers and studio partners. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect everyone's time and investment. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
All bookings made on spotinstudios.com are subject to this cancellation and refund policy. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

🔄 How to Cancel a Booking
Cancellations can be done directly from the My Bookings page — no need to call or email us:
- Go to My Bookings and verify your phone number via OTP
- Find the booking you wish to cancel
- Click the Cancel Booking button on that booking
- Confirm cancellation — refund is automatically calculated based on timing

💰 Refund Processing
spotin operates on a prepaid model — payment is collected at the time of booking. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method as follows:
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after cancellation approval
- All refunds processed within 5–7 business days for all payment methods
🏢 Studio Cancellations
In the rare event that a studio cancels your confirmed booking, spotin guarantees:
- 100% full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs
- Priority rebooking assistance at an alternative studio of equivalent quality
Studio-initiated cancellations are taken very seriously. The concerned studio partner may be charged an administrative fee, and repeated cancellations may result in the studio being suspended or removed from our platform. Customer refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original Razorpay payment method.
⚠️ Exceptions & Special Cases
Refunds may be considered outside standard policy in the following cases:
- Natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions
- Medical emergencies (documentation required)
- Studio significantly misrepresented on the platform (claim must be raised within 24 hours of booking start with supporting photo/video evidence)
- Technical issues caused by spotin's platform
