Everything a studio owner wants to know before listing
Our team contacts you within 48 hours of form submission, visits your studio for verification, and your listing goes live within 48 hours of signing the partner agreement. Total time from application to first booking: typically 2–3 working days.
Partner earnings are settled every Monday for all bookings completed in the previous week (Monday to Sunday). You receive 75% of the booking value via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to your registered bank account, along with a settlement statement by email.
If a customer does not show up without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, you keep your full 75% earnings. No refund is issued to the customer for no-shows. spotin will mark the booking as completed and your earnings are included in the next Monday settlement.
Zero. There is no listing fee, no monthly subscription, and no setup cost. spotin earns only when you earn — our 25% commission applies only to completed bookings. If you receive no bookings, you pay nothing.
Yes. The agreement is non-exclusive. You can continue accepting bookings from your existing clients through any channel. spotin simply adds an additional booking stream for slots you would otherwise leave empty.
